Our Syntegrity is a participatory, non-hierarchical and democratic group of people (students, graduated students, and their professor – I) for leveraging the power of the group to achieve creativity, innovation, development of shared solutions, and providing learning needs of the group. In our Syntegrity we believe in the inherent value of the individual and the collective wisdom of the group.
